Monitoring of projet DEVETER “Création d'un master, en réseau, sur le Développement territorial, aménagement, tourisme et mise en valeur du patrimoine au Liban, Algérie et Syrie »

 

The objective of DEVETER project is to create, an on line research and/or professional master, on the "Territorial development, management, tourism and promotion of heritage" in six universities in Lebanon (Beirut Kaslik), Syria (Damascus and Latakia) and Algeria (Bejaia and Tizi-Ouzou).

 

This network addresses an audience of initial training and continuing education, face-to face or by distance education.

The monitoring of DEVETER took place on 04.09.2014 at the University of Tizi Ouzou in the presence of fifteen  representatives of the two partner universities: University of Tizi Ouzou and Bejaia University.

 

Students also contributed to the monitoring and expressed their full satisfaction with the achieved project outcomes and paid tribute to their academic staff for their commitment.

 

The NEO monitoring team was supported by  representatives of Cooperation and Finances services of the MESRS.

 

 

 

Monitoring of Projet ISTeMag « Optimisation de l'accès à l'Information Scientifique et Technique dans les universités du Maghreb »

 

The project ISTeMag addresses higher education institutions in the Maghreb. The overall objective of the project aims for a period of 3 years, to optimize the access to the Scientific and Technical Information (IST) to the universities.

 

The monitoring of ISTeMag project took place on 04.27.2014 at the University of Batna with the presence of forty Representatives of the partner institutions: the University of Batna, the University of Boumerdes, the University of Tlemcen, the MHESR and the CERIST.

 

The Rectors of both the University of Batna and Boumerdes have also participated to the monitoring. The Vice Rectors, Deans, teachers and students came to express their complete satisfaction in this kind of activities.

 

The NEO monitoring team was supported by  representatives of Cooperation and Finances services of the MESRS.

Erasmus + Awareness Day at the University of Ouargla

 

An awareness day on the Erasmus+ program took place at the University of Ouargla on May 4th, 2014. The four neighboring universities: El Oued, Tamanrasset Laghouat and Ghardaia also participated in the event using videoconference, thanks to the Vice Rector for External Relations at the University of Ouargla and all the credit goes to him.

After a brief introduction on the results of the Tempus program from 2002 to 2013, the new Erasmus+ program 2014 to 2020 was introduced insisting on the three Key Actions:   1) Learning Mobility, 2) Capacity building and 3) Support for policy.

The afternoon was devoted to procedures: e-Form, Logical Framework Matrix, Budget, etc.. A busy day from 10 to 18 and thanks to the participants for their interest.
